i caved. i signed up for secret pal 7. when i first discovered this whole knitblog community, i kept seeing the buttons on everyone's blogs and wondered what the heck it was. when i finally figured it out, i kept missing the sign ups - how do people know these things??? for secret pal 6, i finally had the opportunity to sign up, but chose not to do so, because of all the bad experiences that people had had. well, the hostesses this time around seem like enforcers (cheery ones, though) so i thought i'd give it a go. i love packages - making them and receiving them. so what the heck. if it sucks, i'll just not do it again.

Aloha from Hawaii! I hope you have fun with Secret Pal 7. I did the KRR Secret Pal thing (the first and second ones) and really enjoyed it. I think it really depends on how well you fillout your survey and how dedicated your pal is to reading it and actually sending packages!

here is my thought on this theory. i have played since 4. 4 was awesome! i had a great pal and got all my packages. 5, i got nothing. 6, i got one.

i like sending packages so I keep playing. i think you get out of it what you put into it. yeah, i'm a bit sad that i didn't get stuff, but i loved seeing how excited my pal was to get what i sent! :)

i hope you have fun with it!
